Sebastiano’s Pizza Club Terms and Disclaimers

  1. Membership Renewal & Billing

    • Pizza Eating Club memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) until canceled by the member.

    • Charges will automatically post to the payment method provided at checkout on the same date each month.

    • Members may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

    • Cancellation of paid memberships will result in lowering membership to the free, “Associate”, level of membership unless otherwise requested via email.

  2. Sales Tax

    • All applicable Florida sales tax will be collected at the time of redemption for pizzas, merchandise, and other taxable items, as required by law.

    • Membership fees may include non-taxable components (club access, digital perks) and taxable components (food, apparel). Taxes will be calculated accordingly at the point of redemption.

  3. Pizza Credits

    • Pizza credits are single use promo codes to be used at the time of purchase, either over the phone, in person, or through sebspizzeria.com online ordering. Not valid with third party ordering systems (DoorDash, GrubHub, etc.).

    • Pizza codes are valid for BYO Cheese, White (4 topping maximum for Cheese & White), and Specialty pizza purchases only (sorry, Stuffed Pies not applicable). Any delivery fees and applicable taxes will be applied at checkout.

    • Each membership tier includes a set number of “pizza credits” per month. Credits must be redeemed within the same calendar month they are issued.

    • Pizza credits are for one pizza per code. Made Man level members will receive one code per month, Boss level will receive two codes. Codes will be sent to members via email.

    • Unused credits do not roll over into future months.

    • Pizza credits are valid only for the member named on the account and are non-transferable.

  4. Merchandise

    • Select membership tiers include exclusive merchandise. Styles and designs may vary and are subject to change without notice.

    • Merchandise will be shipped separately. Shipping costs are provided by Sebastiano’s Pizzeria for merchandise provided with initial month’s purchase of The Boss level membership only. Any additional merchandise purchase will require paid shipping costs by customer

    • Sizes and quantities are subject to availability. No exchanges for limited-edition items.

  5. Perks & Bonus Offers

    • From time to time, members may receive additional perks, bonus items, or exclusive offers. These are promotional in nature and subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

    • Membership does not guarantee the availability of any specific item beyond what is stated in the membership tier description.

  6. Non-Transferability

    • Memberships, pizza credits, and perks are intended for personal use only.

    • Codes, coupons, or credits may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

  7. Changes to the Program

    • Sebastiano’s Pizzeria reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Pizza Eating Club, its tiers, benefits, or pricing at any time.

    • Notice of material changes will be provided to members via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

  8. Eligibility

    • Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older.

    • By joining, members agree to provide accurate and current contact information to ensure delivery of credits, promotions, and communications.
